Fifth Avenue Design Gallery (FADG) was co-founded in 2009 by Christopher Smith and Dr. Gary Knutsen. FADG was created and established to offer full-service interior design consultation and a high-end furniture gallery of exceptional products. From inception, the co-founders wanted FADG to be a memorable experience; a gallery distinctive and different from others. Their desire was for the gallery to be a destination of choice for the people of Southwest Florida; and to offer FADG clients a broad and exclusive selection of fine furniture, art, rugs and accessories. Fifth Avenue Design Gallery features personalized innovative design services for both residential and commercial settings. From inception, FADG has been committed to making every visitor to our gallery feel like a personal guest enjoying a comfortable and special experience.
