Fifth Avenue Design Gallery (FADG) was co-founded in 2009 by Christopher Smith and Dr. Gary Knutsen. FADG was created and established to offer full-service interior design consultation and a high-end furniture gallery of exceptional products. From inception, the co-founders wanted FADG to be distinct and different from existing firms. Their desire was for FADG to be a destination of choice for the people of Southwest Florida. Fifth Avenue Design Gallery prides itself in offering its clients a broad and exclusive selection of fine furniture, art and accessories; as well as, featuring exceptional and innovative design services.
